Part I is a panegyricon comprising thirty-six eulogical and laudatory poems, memoirs and tributes by renowned poets, scholars and friends showered upon Acharya J.S. Kulshreshtha. These compositions bring out several characteristics of his personality and his contribution to the field of Sanskrit, Indian Music and Musicology.

This volume Jagadisayasolaksmih comprises a beautiful garland, a vaijayantimala of sixty-four flowers in the form of sixty-four learned papers on Sanskrit and Indology by renowned Sanskritists and Indologists, many of whom are President's Awardees, Former Vice-Chancellors and celebrities of the Sanskrit world, covering diverse aspects of Indology. The four cascades of this volume deal with various Vedic, sociological, educational, religious, cultural, literary, musicological, arthasastric, dharmasastric, kamasastric, vyakaranasastric, ayurvedic, botanical and technical scientific problems mainly concerned with Indology based on ancient Indian and modern texts.
